Rubber Steam Hose

Application
To convey the saturated steam at specified steam pressure for use in steel mills, thermal plants, oil plants, fertilizer plants, and heavy engineering industries.

Construction

Tube: Smooth, seamless, uniform in thickness, synthetic rubber compound.
Reinforcement: Plies of natural or synthetic woven textiles or cotton yarn braided plies impregnated with suitable rubber compound or high tensile steel braided.
Cover: Synthetic rubber compound resistant to abrasion and heat with wrap finish.
Temperature Range: upto 300°f.
Length

Steel menderal built hoses upto 18 metres. Max.
New wrap finish flexible menderal built rayon braided hoses in long length upto 38 mm.
