Application

Carbon Free Hose: Non-conductive (electrical) hose used as an outer protective covering for power cable in steel mills, glass works etc. to avoid damage to cables, leakage of current due to exposure to open flame splashes of hot metal for radiation.
Cable Coolant Hose Plain Or Asbestos Cover: Used for coveying power cable with a mix of oil as an additonal protection from exposure to extremely high temperature radiation from steel furnance open flame etc.
Furnace Coolant Asbestos Covered Hose: Especially designed for service in iron and steel mills, glass works, electrical furnances and out fields where hose resistant to heat radiation open flame and splashes of hot metals is required. Heat Resistant

Construction

Tube: White or black smooth non-conductive synthetic rubber compound oil & electrical resistant.
Reinforcement: Textile reinforcement impregnated with rubber in suitable numbers of plies or synthetic fiber yarn
Cover: Oil & heat electrical resistant synthetic rubber compound white non-conductive (electrical) rubber with asbestos cloth capable to withstand temperature upto 500°c (932°f)
Temperature Range: -40°f to +200°f.
Length: Max. 18 metres.
